While attending Toledo Law, Ms. Ontko also worked as a Law Clerk with Lisa M. Snyder & Co., L.P.A., where her primary work consisted primarily of divorces, custody disputes, and other various family law matters. These experiences highlighted the extremely stressful nature of family law disputes and taught Ms. Ontko the importance of treating each client with the utmost respect and consideration. She listens to her client's concerns and works diligently to resolve them as thoroughly as possible.

Areas of Practice

Family Law

The majority of the family law cases that we handle deal with divorce, dissolution, premarital agreements, child custody, modifications, child support, and/or visitation.

Criminal Law

The majority of criminal cases we handle deal with OVI and other traffic offenses, misdemeanor and felony crimes.

Civil Law

We handle various other civil cases including small claims, Civil Protection Orders, and property disputes.

Estate Planning

We handle estate planning matters which include Living Wills, Durable Healthcare Power of Attorneys, general Power of Attorneys and Last Will and Testament.
